FAMILY OWNED AND FAMILY FLOWN

Hi, my name is Roberto Ruales, I am the Founder, President, and Chief Dreamer (Instructor) of Aereo Flight Training, LLC. Just like you, I also dreamed of one day becoming a pilot. Impossible not to, at least for me, since I am a third-generation aviator. You see, within my family, there are over 25 family members who, at one point or another, were and are involved with this fascinating industry. From airline owners to aircraft dispatchers, and everything in between. I can surely say that the “aviation bug” is in my DNA.
Since we are “talking” about me, let me tell you that I currently hold an Air Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a B-737, B-727, and DC-9 aircraft ratings. I am also an FAA Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) pilot. As far as my flight experience goes, I have over 14,000 hours of flight time, along with approximately 3,500 hours of instruction in airplanes and flight simulators. In addition to my flight experience,  I made my parents proud and earned a degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
I currently fly for a major US airline (when we meet I’ll tell you which one) and live in Miami, Florida. I am happily married to a beautiful flight enthusiast and a proud father of four young aviators.
